Scheduling & Cancellations

There is a 48 hour reschedule/cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule we must receive at least 48 hours notice. If after 48 hours your deposit is not available to reschedule & a new deposit is required to rebook. Reminder; if you are completely canceling the deposit is NON-refundable

$50 fee for all NO SHOWS for 6/8 week or Yearly touchups. This fee will have to be paid before we put you back on the books. If you feel that you do not need your touchup you must call us to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior.

If you must reschedule your appointment WITHIN our policy your deposit is available to transfer or reschedule your appointment no more than 2x. At the 3rd time a new deposit will be required to rebook. 

Rescheduling your required touch-up appointment multiple times and pushing it back 20 or more weeks after your initial appointment you will be charged an additional $50. This would no longer be “touch-up session”.

Day of Appointment

15 Min Policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule out of respect for myself and the client after you. If you no show or you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notification you lose your deposit and it’s not available to reschedule. 

We work on a very tight schedule. Showing up early will not get you in early, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early to your appointment. If we are ahead of schedule we will notify you. 

For legal, liability, health & safety reasons under any circumstances children under the age of 16 are not to be brought to the studio. We operate under standard State of Texas Health Department Tattoo Studio regulations. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Please do not bring more than 1 adult to your appointment.
